All you need is an Internet enabled PC and telephone or VoIP head set. 

You can ask questions and interact throughout the meeting.

Whilst every one can talk, Protocol dictates that only one person at a time talk.  

You can (if allowed) draw on the presenters screen and even control their mouse & keyboard.

The Presenter can even take over a Engineers screen (with permission) to fix any problems.
